Open role

Kindwell, the operating company

Digital Marketing Manager

Own the demand engine that helps great local therapy practices be found by the people who need them. This is hands-on performance marketing inside the operating company — paid acquisition, landing pages, conversion, local search, measurement and testing — not corporate brand management or agency account work. The measure of the work is filled clinician capacity, not impressions.

Why it exists

Kindwell's practices need predictable demand without becoming indistinguishable from one another. This role builds the repeatable acquisition infrastructure underneath local brands: measuring what works, improving it continuously, and helping turn available clinical capacity into qualified client demand.

What you own

  • Plan, launch and optimize paid acquisition across the digital channels that fit each market.
  • Build and improve landing-page and funnel strategy alongside design and engineering resources as available.
  • Improve conversion from impression and click through inquiry and intake, and ultimately to scheduled care.
  • Manage local-search and location-level digital growth priorities and their measurement.
  • Build reporting that connects spend and channel performance to meaningful practice outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
  • Run a disciplined testing roadmap across creative, offer and messaging, audience, channel and conversion flow.
  • Translate learnings across practices without flattening each practice's local identity.

What good looks like

  • Marketing performance is understandable at the practice level and the channel level.
  • Spend decisions are driven by economics and clinical capacity, not habit.
  • Strong campaigns become repeatable playbooks; weak ones are identified quickly.
  • Conversion improves across the full path from traffic to scheduled care.
  • Local practices grow demand without starting to sound like one national brand.

Who you work with

Across Kindwell growth and marketing, intake, operations, finance and data, technology, and with local practice leaders.

  • Able to manage multiple local markets without turning them into generic clones.
  • Can communicate clearly with operators and turn marketing data into business decisions.
