Build the company behind great therapy.
We are building the operating company behind clinician-founded therapy practices — the systems, people, technology and execution that let exceptional local practices grow without becoming generic.
Company-building work, in service of local care.

The hour this whole company exists to protect.
The future of therapy is local.
We are not building a national therapy brand. We are building the company behind the local ones.
The best therapy businesses in the country are usually built locally, by clinicians, one hire and one referral relationship at a time. Local does not have to mean operationally small — but without real infrastructure behind it, it usually does.
Scale should come from stronger infrastructure, not from erasing what a practice is. Kindwell exists to build that infrastructure: shared operating systems strong enough that a practice never has to choose between staying itself and being seriously run.

A practice that already works. The job is to keep it that way at scale.
The layer you would be joining.
Kindwell is not a consultancy. We acquire clinician-founded therapy practices and take responsibility for the company underneath them — the hiring, the claims, the systems and the education — rather than standing outside and giving advice.
The name on the door stays local. The company underneath gets stronger.

Build once. Operate every day.
This is not outsourced back-office work. Kindwell is building repeatable operating infrastructure across multiple practices while those practices run live, every weekday, with clients on the calendar.
Find it in one practice
A problem that is real in a live business, not a hypothesis on a slide.
Build a system that solves it repeatedly
Strong enough to survive a second practice, and a fifth, without a rewrite.
Deploy it without disrupting care
The practice is open while you work. Nothing pauses for your launch.
Measure whether the business actually improved
Not whether the project shipped. Whether the number moved in the field.
Keep refining it as the company grows
What worked at this size is an input, not an answer, at the next one.
The functions the company is built from.
These are the areas Kindwell is being built out of, and where future operating-company roles will sit. They are not a list of current openings.
Operations
Turn what works in one practice into a system that works across many.
Revenue cycle & billing
Build a collection engine that makes performed work reliably become cash.
Marketing & growth
Create predictable demand without flattening a local practice into a generic brand.
Recruiting & people
Build the machine that finds, hires and keeps the clinicians local practices need.
Finance
Make what is true about the business knowable early, practice by practice.
Engineering & technology
Build the internal systems, integrations and tools that make the company faster and more accurate.
Intake & patient access
Make sure the person calling for help gets answered, matched and scheduled.
Credentialing & practice infrastructure
Remove the paperwork that decides whether a clinician can work at all.
Clinical education infrastructure
Run specialization and certification as company infrastructure rather than a vendor line item.
The hour we are protecting.
A client experiences one hour, in one room, with one clinician. Almost everything that makes that hour possible is built somewhere else, days or weeks earlier, by people the client never meets. That machinery is the product we are building.

The outcome of the operating work, seen from the client’s side.
01
A recruiting pipeline that found the clinician
02
An intake call answered the first time
03
A credentialing file filed on time
04
A clean claim, followed up on
05
A schedule that holds together
06
A manager who noticed the caseload
07
A training system that kept the work sharp
Those are the kinds of systems Kindwell exists to own.
Not values on a wall. Positions we hold.
We care about the details nobody sees.
A denied claim, a credential filed a day late, a scheduling gap — none of it is visible from a therapy room, and all of it is felt there eventually.
We build while operating.
The systems don’t pause for a launch. Whatever you build has to work alongside practices that are already open, today.
We respect what already works.
A practice earned its reputation before Kindwell existed. Our job is to carry weight, not to redesign what a community already trusts.
We like responsibility.
Owning a function here means owning the outcome of it — not a ticket queue, not a hand-off to someone else’s job.
We remember who the work is for.
Every function on this page — finance, recruiting, engineering — exists to protect an hour that happens between a clinician and a client.
Owners, not occupants.
Much of this work is still being built and refined rather than inherited fully formed. That suits some people enormously and suits others not at all.

The businesses the operating work lands in.
You want an outcome, not just a function.
You like building systems while the business is already running.
You can move between strategy and the ugly details in the same afternoon.
You care whether the system actually works in the field, not whether it shipped.
You don’t need a giant company to hand you a finished playbook.
You respect what local operators already know before you change it.
Open roles
Kindwell Partners, the operating company
Acquisitions Manager
Help Kindwell find the right clinician-founded practices and move them from a first conversation through a well-run acquisition process. The role sits where sourcing, founder relationships, underwriting analysis, diligence coordination and pipeline discipline meet. Founder-first and rigorous at the same time: a seller should leave every conversation with more clarity than they arrived with.
Digital Marketing Manager
Own the demand engine that helps great local therapy practices be found by the people who need them. This is hands-on performance marketing inside the operating company — paid acquisition, landing pages, conversion, local search, measurement and testing — not corporate brand management or agency account work. The measure of the work is filled clinician capacity, not impressions.
Senior Operations Manager
A hands-on operating leader responsible for making the Kindwell model work inside live practices. You take messy, practice-specific operating problems and turn them into systems that hold up across locations — without breaking what already works locally. The role lives between strategy and implementation: workflow design, metrics, handoffs, accountability and operating rhythm.
Help build the operating company local therapy deserves.
If that is the company you want to build, write to us and say which part of it you would take responsibility for. We can’t promise a reply, but we do read what arrives at this address.

Most of the company happens in rooms like this one.
